Piel Body Spa Cancellation,

Reschedule & Refund Policy

 

1. Appointment Cancellations- 

- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total service fee.

- No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

2. Facials, Massage, Spot Treatments Refund Policy:

-If canceled within the 24-hour window, you will receive a 75% refund of the total service fee.

- If canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.

- No refunds will be issued for no-shows

3. Afterpay  clients are subject to the same cancellation, reschedule, and refund policy.

4. Rescheduling Policy -

- One reschedule is allowed per appointment without penalty, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

- No rescheduling is allowed for no-shows, new appointment must be booked with full payment.

5. Late Arrivals -

- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.

- The full session fee will still apply, even if the service is cut short due to late arrival.
